This is a key step in the process where you will have an opportunity to meet and interact with members of the Creativals leadership team. Group Interview with the Creativals Team
You will participate in a group interview with other candidates who have been selected for this stage. This allows you to demonstrate your collaborative skills and interact with potential future colleagues. The group interview will cover a range of topics relevant to the role and provide you with valuable insights into the Creativals team dynamic.
Skills Assessment and Cultural Fit
This step focuses on assessing your technical skills and evaluating your cultural fit within the Creativals environment. You may be presented with a skills assessment, a case study, or a take-home project. You may also have a one-on-one interview with a team member or department manager to discuss your career goals and aspirations
