All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, created by Creativals for the client remains the property of Creativals until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client will have the right to use the intellectual property for the specified purposes outlined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Creativals agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent. Likewise, the client agrees to keep any proprietary information shared by Creativals confidential.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with a written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, the client is still responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creativals will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India. Any legal action arising out of these terms shall be filed in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.
